ANDREW MACLEOD

Mr. Andrew MacLeod was appointed Postmedia's President and Chief Executive officer in January 2019. He joined Postmedia in 2014 as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer and was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in 2017. Mr. MacLeod also currently serves as a director on the boards for Waterfront Toronto and Communitech. Prior to joining Postmedia Mr. MacLeod held several senior executive positions, most recently as Senior Vice President & Regional Managing Director, North America at Blackberry.

CAROLYNE WATTS

Carolyne Watts, of St. Catharines, is former Plant Executive Director of St. Catharines Propulsion, General Motors, former President of CAMI Automotive Ingersoll, General Motors, former Plant Executive Director of Saginaw Metal Casting, General Motors, and a former Plant Director, Plant Assistant Director, and Engineering Manager with General Motors. Her community involvement has included serving as Chair of Niagara College Board of Governors.

KAREN SPARKS

Karen Sparks is a graduate with honours from Carleton University. She is the founder and Executive Director at Wesley Clover Parks, a not for profit outdoor recreational hub in Ottawa, Canada. Karen was also a founding member of Wesley Clover Foundation which directs funds to local causes within the Nation’s Capital. A busy mother of four, Karen still finds time to compete as an elite equestrian athlete. She founded and organizes equestrian tournaments at Wesley Clover Parks bringing a much needed equestrian venue to Ontario. Karen sits as a director at Brooksteet Hotel, KRP Properties, the Child and Nature Alliance and currently chairs the Jumping Committee for Equestrian Canada. She was recently chair of the board of the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation and continues to remain as an ambassador for the hospital.

GADI MAYMAN

Gadi Mayman is the CEO of Ontario’s Financing Authority (OFA) overseeing the province’s borrowing and debt management strategy, corporate and electricity finance projects, and its banking and capital marketing relationships. He is CEO and Vice-Chair of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation. Mayman also is on the boards of Infrastructure Ontario and Invest Ontario and is co-chair of the Joint Nuclear Funds Investment Committee, a joint Committee of the OFA and Ontario Power Generation.

ANNA BARRETT

Anna Barrett is an experienced chartered accountant and financial valuator. As a partner at Marmer Penner Inc., Barrett advises on a diverse range of litigation support including business and securities valuation, income tax matters, damages quantification, business interruption, expropriation and forensic accounting. Barrett achieved the silver medal in the Chartered Business Valuator exam and has been invited to lecture on a variety of topics hosted by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, the Ontario Bar Association and various regional family law associations.

Prior to joining Postmedia, MacLeod held a number of senior executive positions, most recently as Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director in North America for Blackberry. MacLeod is currently a Director for Waterfront Toronto and Communitech.

MARC BOISSONNEAULT

Marc Boissonneault, P.Eng, MBA Marc is an accomplished mining industry professional with extensive experience in leading major mining and metallurgical operations and capital projects in a global context. He has a proven track record of delivering strong results while maintaining the highest standards of ESG performance. Businesses under his responsibility were recognized for industry leading safety performance (multiple John T.Ryan Awards in Canada) and have performed to the highest standards environmentally while fostering productive relationships with top government officials and associated indigenous communities. With an entrepreneurial orientation, he championed the advancement of transformational innovation elements in mining and metallurgical processing operations and projects with a focus on effective stakeholder engagement for businesses in Ontario, Quebec, Australia, Norway, and France.

CARMINE NIGRO

Carmine Nigro is the President & CEO of CRAFT Development Corporation, a multijurisdictional development company in retail, office and residential projects. Mr. Nigro has over 35 years of construction and real estate development experience including acquisitions, construction management and urban planning, and has been involved in projects across southern Ontario, Pennsylvania and Florida. His expertise in urban development and project planning has played a large role in the reposition of CRAFT Development Corporation. In addition to his work at CRAFT, Carmine has been a volunteer of Children’s Make a Wish since 2008, Board of Directors for Friends of the Orphans Canada organization for over 18 years, Chairman of Board of Directors for the LCBO since 2019, Board of Directors for Runnymede Health Centre since 2020 and on the Senate of Canadian Military Regiment, The Queens Own Rifles since 2021.

ERNIE EVES

Ernie Eves currently serves as an arbitrator, mediator and investigator with ADR Chambers and YorkStreet Dispute Resolution Group. Eves has both private and public sector expertise. As an arbitrator, Eves specializes in commercial matters and securities and has advised domestic and international clients on investment banking, equities and fixed income matters. Eves had an established 24-year career in the public sector, serving as Ontario’s Deputy Premier, Finance Minister and 23rd Premier of the province. Eves has served as Chair of the Ontario Olympic Sports and Waterfront Development Agency and the Ontario Investment and Trade Advisory Council.

JOSEPH MANCINELLI

Joseph S. Mancinelli currently serves as international Vice President and Central and Eastern Canada Regional Manager of the Labourers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA) representing over 140,000 members across the country. Mancinelli has successfully sought out investments that provide long-term rates of return while managing risk through diversification strategies demonstrating strong revenues for the LiUNA Pension Fund and the Public Private Partnership.
