RAJENDRA KOTHARI

Rajendra Kothari is a former partner and vice-chair for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. His community involvement includes serving as a Chairman of the board of governors for Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation, an Ex-Officio of the board of trustees for University Health Network, a board of directors for Soulpepper Theatre, Aga Khan Museum, and Ontario Arts Foundation.

BRIAN J GIBSON

Brian Gibson is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of TAVANI Relationship Investors Ltd., an investment management firm, since August 2015. During his 36-year career, he has been responsible for the management of various large equity investment portfolios, including those of insurance companies, a chartered bank, pension and mutual funds, and endowments.

GEOFFREY BELSHER

Geoffrey Belsher has over 30 years experience as a senior business executive, investment banker and corporate lawyer. Since retiring from CIBC in late 2015, Geoff has focused on providing strategic advice to public and private clients. In August 2018 Geoff was appointed to the Board of AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. Prior to joining CIBC Geoff had over 12 years of investment banking experience with major Canadian and global investment banks.
