HEATHER BROADHEAD
Heather Broadhead is Chief Executive Officer, Blackfriar Fiduciary Group Inc. Her community involvement includes serving on the board of directors for the Rotary Club of London and as a member of the Frontier College Foundation and the London Community Foundation’s Investment Committee.
AYINDE O AZEEZ
Ayinde O Azeez is a licensed Financial Professional and Marketing Director with World Financial Group Canada. Graduate in Political Science and Law Degree from Nottingham Law School. Trained as Business Analysis and Leadership at University of Toronto. Worked as Teacher at various public schools in Lagos, Nigeria and as Workforce Coordinator with Minacs. Volunteered for over a decade as Protocol Officer and Community Outreach at House of Praise Mississauga and support Regeneration Outreach Community Brampton. Elected as Director of Appointments PC Ontario Brampton Centre, Board of Director Mississauga East Cooksville Electoral District Association and Board of Director Cannon Greco Management.
CATHERINE KERR
Catherine Kerr had a lengthy career in various administrative settings. Prior to her retirement from the Ontario Public Service in 2009, she held numerous increasingly responsible positions with the Ministry of Health for 20 years. These positions provided her with opportunities to appreciate the expectations of Ontarians who required a diverse range of the services. Prior to working for the OPS, Ms. Kerr worked in administration at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Her time at Sunnybrook was extremely beneficial and provided insight and understanding of Ontario's healthcare system and the public's needs and expectations.
KAMIKA MCLEAN
Kamika McLean currently practices as a Civil Lawyer at David A Stein Professional Corporation where she focuses on real estate, estate planning, family law, litigation, and personal injury matters. She has worked in Academic Research conducting award winning health studies and has published papers on her findings. Ms. McLean completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and Law and Society and holds a Master's degree in Health Promotion and Public Health.
YEN TRAN
Yen Tran is a researcher and has worked for various global pharmaceutical companies. She worked in a highly regulated industry with working knowledge about governance practices, contract procurement, and budgeting.
FLORENCE MACLEAN
Florence MacLean lives in Neebing Township, just outside of Thunder Bay. In 2025 she retired from a long career in public service working in all levels of government, but with a particular passion for municipal government. Florence worked for many years as an Economic Development Officer assisting communities in Northern Ontario to achieve economic, cultural and social growth. Florence ended her career as a Chief Administrative Officer working with municipal Council and overseeing all aspects of a municipal operation. Florence is a founding member of the Northern Policy Institute (NPI) a research-based think tank established in 2013. Florence volunteered with NPI for over 8 years and held positions including Chair and Vice-Chair. Today, Florence focuses her spare time on health, wellness, organic gardening, homesteading and family.
