Appointee Biographies

RICHARD RABBA

Richard Rabba is the president of Rabba Fine Foods. He holds an Honours BA in philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from Queen's University at Kingston. Growing up in a family food business, he worked his way through many store and warehouse level positions. After obtaining his CPA designation, he progressed through finance, real estate management and ultimately to executive management. He has previously volunteered by working with Waterfront Toronto, as a director on the board of Distribution Canada Inc., and is currently a director of the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers.

MICHAEL KRALJEVIC

Michael Kraljevic was appointed Chair of the Ontario Land on August 11, 2022, Mr. Kraljevic, MCIP.RPP.PLE is a real estate and land development professional who has worked with both private and public sector companies for over 34 years. He has held key positions with the Federal Government at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the Canada Lands Company (CLC) and Parc Downsview Park. Mr. Kraljevic led the Toronto Portland's Company as President and CEO from 2009 to 2018 wherein the company developed numerous transformative waterfront projects such as the building of the 500,000 square foot Corus office and media complex on Queens Quay and the planning and development of the multistage Pinewood Studio's media complex in the Portland's. Mr. Kraljevic is a Registered Professional Planner, a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and a Professional Land Economist. Mr. Kraljevic is graduate of TMU University in Urban and Regional Planning.
