ROBERT COOPER
Robert Cooper is a Staff Physician for Dufferin St. Clair Community Clinic, a Physician at Humber River Hospital, a Medical Director for Blossom Group, and a Council Member for Canadian Medical Protective Association. Robert’s community involvement includes serving as a board member for Ontario Long Term Care Clinics.

ANNA KENNEDY
Anna Kennedy is currently the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Kingsett Capital. Former roles include serving as the Senior Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer for the Canadian Diabetes Association and holding various roles with the Oxford Properties Group, including Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice-President and Controller. Her community involvement includes serving as Co-Chair of the Toronto Real Estate Forum.
JOANNE MCNAMARA
Joanne McNamara is currently Principal at Santis Health. Her former employment includes roles as Chief, Member Relations, Advocacy and Communications for Ontario medical Association as well as Executive Officer for University of Western Ontario. She also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Canada (2014). Her community involvement includes serving as a board member for St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation and St. Joseph's Hospital.
RAJIV MATHUR
Rajiv Mathur is a public account firm partner, business advisor, and independent director with over 30 years of professional services experience working with private and public enterprises. He is a retired senior partner from Deloitte. Mr. Mathur has also previously held faculty positions at four Canadian Universities, where he taught finance and accounting courses. Mr. Mathur has served as a director on the board of the Canadian Franchise Associate and TiE Toronto (a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship). Mr. Mathur is a CPA, CA, with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, he holds an MBA from Queen’s University and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology
SANDRA HANINGTON
Sandra Hanington is the former President & Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Canadian Mint, a global manufacturing and marketing business, where she led a multi-year strategic and operational turnaround. Prior to that, she had deep experience in the financial services sector and served in several progressively senior roles in Canada and the U.S. culminating as Executive Vice-President and member of the Management Committee of BMO Financial Group. Ms. Hanington currently serves as a corporate director for Extendicare Inc. and Descartes Systems Group. She is the co-founder and has served as a director of Jack.org, a Canadian youth mental health charity, since 2010 and is the recipient of the Meritorious Service Cross from the office of the Governor General for her work with the organization. Ms. Hanington received her ICD designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a BASc from the University of Waterloo in Systems Design Engineering and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Kikelomo Lawal is a practicing lawyer residing in Mississauga, Ontario. She has practiced law for over 25 years in both Canada and the United States. She has a unique mix of both litigation and corporate commercial experience, gained in law firm and corporate law department settings.

Danielle Skipp is Managing Director, Ontario and Chief Legal Officer at Nicola Wealth, a firm that employs over 400 people in the wealth management space. Danielle’ is a passionate advocate for women in business and founded an initiative Women’s LEAD. Danielle is on the Nicola Wealth Philanthropy Board and champions charitable support for kids mental health and community mentorship programs.

Samuel Elfassy, of North York, is Vice-President of Safety, Security, Environment, Quality Assurance & Risk Management with Air Canada. His community involvement has included serving as Chair of the Hospital Board with North York General Hospital.

Maureen Harquail serves as a member (part-time) for the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation, and Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Registrar for the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council. Her community involvement includes serving as President of the Loretto Alumnae Association.
JANET CLOUD
Janet Cloud is an accomplished global senior technology and operations executive with banking, securities, consulting, B2B relationship management, market research, and IT experience. As VP Ops & Tech and board director at Advantage Group International, she delivered digital products world-wide. She spent 10 years as EVP at TNS Canada/U.S. (TNS Global) running Ops, Tech, and transformational cross-border initiatives. Janet has served 15+ years on government, corporate, healthcare and charitable boards. Janet volunteers as a tutor with the “Beat the Street” program at Frontier College and donates her time to consult with non-profit agencies on their digital strategy and risk management. Janet attained a BSc in Biology and an MBA in Operational Research and Management Information Systems from McGill University. She holds the internationally recognized Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation and obtained her ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Business at U of T.
ANN CURRAN
Ann Curran is the Executive Director of the Australia-Canada Economic Leadership Forum; and President of Curran Corporate Advisors Inc., a business consulting and international marketing firm. She has also been President of T.F.C. Inc., a global sourcing and distribution company. Ms. Curran was a Board of Director and President of The Empire Club of Canada, Canada’s oldest and prominent speaker’s forum of record. She has an honors Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa.
DAVID JACOBS
Dr. David Jacobs holds a bachelor's degree with honours in Neuroscience from Oberlin College. He graduated from Queen's University School of Medicine, class of 1996 and went on to complete his residency in Radiology at the University of Toronto. He did his fellowship in cross sectional imaging at St. Michael's Hospital. Dr. Jacobs began his career at Southlake Regional Health Centre and MacKenzie Health where he established the cardiac cross sectional imaging program. He was then recruited to Humber River Hospital where he focuses primarily on cross sectional imaging, and breast health. For over 15 years Dr. Jacobs also worked at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre in support of Ontario's Underserviced Area Program. Currently Dr. Jacobs is the President of the Ontario Association of Radiologists where he advocates for system improvements to provincial medical imaging including decreasing the age for screening mammography from 50 to 40 years of age.
THOMAS HOFMANN
Thomas Hofmann is a former RBC executive with experience in financial management, business performance and strategy. He currently serves on the Business Board of the University of Toronto and the Michael Garron Hospital Board. Thomas is a former board trustee of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and former board chair and director of WoodGreen Community Services and continues to serve as a committee member with both organizations. He also enjoyed volunteering as a tutor at WoodGreen for many years. Thomas holds a BSc from Mount Allison University, an MBA from McGill University, the CPA/CGA and ICD.D designations, as well as the Sustainable Investment Professional Certification (SIPC) from Concordia University.
