Ontario Trillium Foundation


Matthew Bondy is a public affairs leader with extensive communications, media, governance, and partnerships experience.


Donna Maitland possesses over 30 years in economic and community development, and as a program manager of both federal and provincial government agencies, including as a Regional Program Manager at the Ontario Trillium Foundation. As the Founder and CEO of Peridot Solutions, Donna has worked with First Nation communities, post-secondary institutions, the private, not for profit and municipal sectors across Ontario.


Donald Mackay is the Owner of Dream Links, and a former Accountant at Deloitte. His community involvement includes serving as a board member and Chair for the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital.


Natalka is deeply entrenched in the real estate realm with experience in law, sales, corporate development and management. Natalka, a founder of a commercial leasing law firm and an executive of a luxury brokerage, was named Canada's Top 100 Elite Women in Real Estate by the Real Estate Professional Magazine in 2016, 2017 and 2019. She is also the winner of multiple awards such as the Real Estate Institute of Canada's (REIC) Education Award, the Bentall Kennedy Literary Award, the Patrick J Harvey Memorial Award and the QuadReal Literary Award. Natalka is a national REIC Director and, due to her successful stint in TV and her technical knowledge, she is a sought after public speaker at the national events such as RealLeasing, SpringFest, OREA's REALiTY 2020 and the Real Estate Forum.


Melissa Cable-Cibula is a corporate communications professional, working with Canadian leaders on advancing business strategy through corporate reputation building, narrative development, speech writing and executive thought leadership. She is Principal and owner of her own freelance consulting firm, and previously served at Vice-President of Corporate Communications at a leading Canadian PR Firm. Melissa is an active volunteer in the community, and currently volunteers with Girls E-Mentorship (GEM) as a mentor to high school girls in the GTA facing socio-economic barriers to building professional skills and reaching their academic and career potential. Melissa is a also a volunteer with the Li Fraumeni Syndrome Association (LFSA) Canadian Chapter, and previously served as a Board Member and Communication Chair for Rainbow Songs Foundation (RSF) which provides free music programming to families with young children staying in emergency short and long-term shelters across the GTA


Manjit Khaira is the Director of Finance with Safran Canada, a division of Safran Group (France) an Aerospace and Defense corporation. Prior joining Safran, Manjit has held various roles in corporations from various industries for over 20 years. She is certified Public Accountant and have Part time public practice. Manjit holds MBA from Kellogg-Schulich school of Management.


Marta Leardi-Anderson has a career spanning over 20 years focused on transportation initiatives and infrastructure projects impacting local and national economies. She has provided strategic policy and operational advice to the most seniors levels of public and private sector organizations. In her role as Executive Director of the Cross-Border Institute (CBI) she provides expert policy work in the movement of goods, people, services and funds across international borders with a focus on the Canada-US border. Most recently she was on leave from her role as Executive Director of the CBI and served as Executive Vice President for P3 Procurement and Policy for the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project, a multi-billion dollar infrastructure project between Windsor, Ontario, and Detroit, Michigan.

Colin McSweeney is a lifelong resident of Ottawa and has been involved in many local volunteer organizations over the last 30 years. He is the Past President of the Ottawa Exhibition and has been a member of the board of directors at the Ottawa Congress Center and several local community associations. Colin has been involved in many fundraising efforts for different causes and enjoys giving back to his community.


Amber Kouvalis has been a resident of Essex County for 20+ years and has worked as Call Centre Manager for Campaign Support Limited for over ten years, where she oversees more than one hundred employees and is responsible for day-to-day management of data collection processes. In addition to fulfilling full-time employment obligations, she is also enrolled as a full-time student at UWindsor, pursuing a degree in combined Honours Bachelor of Social Work and Women & Gender Studies Program. She is an active and dedicated volunteer, including tenure on Boards of Directors, and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable persons, including newcomers to Canada, women facing gender-based violence and discrimination, and women facing barriers to education, social supports, and healthcare.


Moshe Ronen is President of SAS Inc. (strategic solutions and advocacy consulting). Moshe’s community involvement includes serving as an Executive for World Jewish Congress.


Giiwedin Noodin kwe n’dizhinikaaz. Flying Post miinwa Red Rock miinwa, N’swakamok n’doonjibaa. Randi Ray, PhD(c), is the founder of Miikana Consulting & Noojimo Health and is a people-centered leader who is passionate about using others' gifts to bring about change. Randi's passion, experience and zaagin (love) has allowed the opportunity to not only serve one’s community or organization, but, at the same time, improve it - together. Over the past decade, Randi has had leading roles in education and health organizations and has supported both non-Indigenous First Nations organizations as a consultant in education, health, business development, research & community and economic development. Randi has a strong commitment to work towards improving overall social determinants of health for First Nations people and is grounded by her family who inspire her to help others find their version of minobiimadziwin (the good life).


Mary Henein Thorn was formerly employed as a Special Assistant at a Federal Minister's Regional Office and as the CEO of AdSpace Plus. She is a former Constituency Assistant and Candidate for the Ontario PC Party. Her community involvement includes serving as Chair/Director at large for the MS Society (Grand River Chapter) and as a member of Zonta International (KW Chapter).


Rod Jackson is currently President at iPi inc. He has formerly served as MPP for Barrie as well as CEO at Barrie Chamber of Commerce. His community involvement includes serving as a director for the McLaren Art Centre.


is a Director and Team Lead, Canadian Banking Strategy for Scotiabank. He has formally held the roles of Executive Assistant and Advance to the Prime Minister as well as Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Prime Minister. He holds a MA in International Relations from King's College in London.


Sherri Haigh is an international award-winning communicator and journalist with more than 25 years of experience in her field. She started her own successful communications consulting business, Haigh Communications Inc. in 2016. providing public relations and issues management services for a broad range of organizations She worked as a journalist for daily newspapers before moving into the communications and marketing profession. She has managed communications for several provincial regulatory bodies and for the Wine Council of Ontario and the LCBO. She also worked for a global public relations firm providing media training and crisis management services. She was part of a church refugee committee that helped bring a family to Canada and assisted them in settling in the Toronto area. Sherri lives in the Niagara region and is passionate about fishing and enjoying the the Ontario outdoors.
