Ontario Creates
AARON CAMPBELL
Aaron Campbell is currently Chief of Staff and Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Strategy and Sustainability at LCBO. He has held senior roles with the federal government, including with the Prime Minister of Canada and the Minister of Canadian Heritage. Spending 6 years at the Toronto International Film Festival, Aaron oversaw production, visitor experience and alignment of operational planning with the organization’s artistic vision and business objectives. In addition to his professional experience, Aaron serves as a board member and Chair of the Governance and Audit Committee for Cota Health. He previously sat on the Board of Directors for Danceworks Toronto and is a recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal for service to his community.
ROGER NAIR
Roger Nair is the CEO of Lionheart production House, a company originally established to facilitate the production and distribution of domestic and foreign films as well as the management of large-scale events. A career film maker, consultant and a Queen's Medal awarded Human Rights activist. Roger Nair started his career over 25 years ago. Since then, he has organized several events contributing to the success story of Ontario becoming the preferred destination for major international and entertainment business events. He continues to be a strong proponent of cultural diversity, inclusion, and acceptance within the creative industries.
DIANA ARAJS
DIANA ARAJS is an experienced leader with expertise in strategic planning, branding, media and government relations, crisis management, media training, and broadcast production. She is founder and President of Poise Communications. She has worked as Press Secretary and Communications Advisor to Ontario's Premier, Minister of Environment and Minister of Energy. Diana's community involvement includes chairing and serving as a Director of boards, committees and fundraising campaigns for various institutions and causes including the Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Stratford Festival, the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, Canadian Stage, the Ontario Science Centre, and The Redwood, a shelter for women and children. In 2010, Diana founded the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation of Canada, where she currently serves as Chair.
MICHAEL CECI
Michael Ceci is a public policy and regulatory affairs professional at Bennett Jones LLP. Previously, he worked in various production and general management roles in the Canadian and US media industry. He was a founding member of the production company Strange Customs Inc. and has served as the Executive Producer with the company, producing a wide array of narrative, musical, and corporate films and videos. Michael has also held corporate roles at TELUS and worked as an Advisor to the Minister at Canada’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (now Global Affairs Canada). Michael volunteers his time as the Board Chair of The Participation House Project: Durham Region, a developmental services agency, and is a volunteer advisor to Community Living Ontario.

EDITH MYERS is the President at CEI Management. Edith is a former managing director for Pinewood Toronto Studios and a former chief operating officer for Scott Group of Companies. Edith’s community involvement includes serving as a director for World Animal Protection.

Santina Colalillo is a Chief Executive Officer and President for T.A.C. Holdings Ltd., and a Vice President for F.A.M. Productions Ltd. Her community involvement includes serving as lead organizer and producer for Carassauga Talent Search.
PHILIP FORTE
Philip Forte is a Client Executive for Bell Business Markets. His community Involvement includes serving as a volunteer for the Friends of the Orphans Canada and the Children’s Make a wish Foundation.
ALDO DI FELICE
Aldo is the President of TLN Media Group (TMG), an ethnic owned and focussed Canadian independent owned company engaged in the TV channel business, media production, distribution and live events production. Born in Argentina, Aldo's family immigrated to Canada when he was as child. He graduated from the University of Toronto Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1988. He practised corporate commercial law with Blakes LLP for 6 years. He became directly involved with Canada’s media sector when he joined a major Canadian production/ distribution company, eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer. In 1998, Aldo was appointed President of TMG. Aldo has been a member of the St. Michael’s Hospital President’s Council since 2009. He also served as a public member of the Ontario Public Accountant’s Council from 2009-19.
YURA MONESTIME
Yura Monestime's impressive background as the former Director of Academic Operations and Business Development in Art and Design at Canadore College speaks volumes about his leadership and strategic capabilities in the education sector. With thirty-five years of experience in the media industry and a solid sixteen years in the College system, Yura has showcased a dynamic and results-oriented approach throughout his career. As the former innovative Dean/Associate Dean/Director of the School of Media, Design, and Dramatic Arts, Yura has earned a reputation for being effective and efficient. His ability to "get things done" reflects his commitment to achieving tangible outcomes in the academic and creative realms. As the retired leader, Yura Monestime is described as a strong, broad-minded individual who excels at all levels and thrives in fast-paced environments characterized by ongoing change. His qualities as an attentive listener, team player, and problem solver further contribute to his ability to drive positive advancements for students, programs, and the College as a whole. Beyond his administrative and leadership roles, Yura is highlighted as an experienced creative professional who can translate words and thoughts into stunning moving images. This multifaceted skill set undoubtedly adds a unique dimension to his contributions both within academia and the media industry. What truly sets Yura apart is his dual role as an accomplished Director of Photography and the owner of Vector, a dynamic production company. Vector's specialization in video and live production, combined with Yura's keen eye for visual storytelling, positions the company at the forefront of innovation and creativity in the media industry. Vector's unique approach involves active collaboration with the education sector, contributing to the promotion of film and television in Ontario. PETER-JULIAN LEE
Peter-Julian Lee is a media executive with expertise in content and technology. As a Partner at ICON, PJ manages the Media division as the Vice-President, Business Solutions. ICON Media works with leading brands in transforming digital and physical spaces with content. He was a Founding Partner and President at Asterisk Media which was acquired by ICON in 2017. Asterisk created award-winning digital content for brands and organizations with live-action, animation, and interactive. PJ’s community involvement includes being a Board Member for the Queen’s University Faculty of Arts and Science and Board Secretary and Treasurer for Tourism Kingston.
VINCENT GEORGIE
Dr Vincent Georgie is Associate Vice-President (External) at the University of Windsor. He oversees all strategy related to marketing, public relations, media relations, government, advancement, and alumni, and provides counsel to the President and Vice-Chancellor. He holds a PhD in Marketing (HEC Montreal) and has been Marketing Faculty for 12 years at the University of Windsor. Dr Georgie is also the Executive Director & Chief Programmer of the Windsor International Film Festival (WIFF). Canada's largest volunteer-run film festival, it sold over 42,000 paid tickets in 2019 and focuses on the best of Canadian and International art-house cinema. Fluently bilingual, Dr Georgie is an authority on the marketing of film and the film industry. He has enjoyed interviewing Norman Jewison, Anderson Cooper and Shohreh Aghdashloo, among others. Deeply committed to the community, he has served widely on various boards, and lead initiatives that are aimed at quality of life and growth.
