Ontario Media Development Corporation (Ontario Creates)


Aaron Campbell is currently Chief of Staff and Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Strategy and Sustainability at LCBO. He has held senior roles with the federal government, including with the Prime Minister of Canada and the Minister of Canadian Heritage. Spending 6 years at the Toronto International Film Festival, Aaron oversaw production, visitor experience and alignment of operational planning with the organization’s artistic vision and business objectives. In addition to his professional experience, Aaron serves as a board member and Chair of the Governance and Audit Committee for Cota Health. He previously sat on the Board of Directors for Danceworks Toronto and is a recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal for service to his community.


Roger Nair is the CEO of Lionheart production House, a company originally established to facilitate the production and distribution of domestic and foreign films as well as the management of large-scale events. A career film maker, consultant and a Queen's Medal awarded Human Rights activist. Roger Nair started his career over 25 years ago. Since then, he has organized several events contributing to the success story of Ontario becoming the preferred destination for major international and entertainment business events. He continues to be a strong proponent of cultural diversity, inclusion, and acceptance within the creative industries.


Peter-Julian Lee is a media executive with expertise in content and technology. As a Partner at ICON, PJ manages the Media division as the Vice-President, Business Solutions. ICON Media works with leading brands in transforming digital and physical spaces with content. He was a Founding Partner and President at Asterisk Media which was acquired by ICON in 2017. Asterisk created award-winning digital content for brands and organizations with live-action, animation, and interactive. PJ’s community involvement includes building multiple orphanages and schools with Kenya Help, creating a Not-For-Profit donation platform called Give+, and as an Intersection committee member for the Design Exchange.


Dr Vincent Georgie is Associate Vice-President (External) at the University of Windsor. He oversees all strategy related to marketing, public relations, media relations, government, advancement, and alumni, and provides counsel to the President and Vice-Chancellor. He holds a PhD in Marketing (HEC Montreal) and has been Marketing Faculty for 12 years at the University of Windsor. Dr Georgie is also the Executive Director & Chief Programmer of the Windsor International Film Festival (WIFF). Canada's largest volunteer-run film festival, it sold over 42,000 paid tickets in 2019 and focuses on the best of Canadian and International art-house cinema. Fluently bilingual, Dr Georgie is an authority on the marketing of film and the film industry. He has enjoyed interviewing Norman Jewison, Anderson Cooper and Shohreh Aghdashloo, among others. Deeply committed to the community, he has served widely on various boards, and lead initiatives that are aimed at quality of life and growth.


DIANA ARAJS is an experienced leader with expertise in strategic planning, branding, media and government relations, crisis management, media training, and broadcast production. She is founder and President of Poise Communications. She has worked as Press Secretary and Communications Advisor to Ontario's Premier, Minister of Environment and Minister of Energy. Diana's community involvement includes chairing and serving as a Director of boards, committees and fundraising campaigns for various institutions and causes including the Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Stratford Festival, the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, Canadian Stage, the Ontario Science Centre, and The Redwood, a shelter for women and children. In 2010, Diana founded the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation of Canada, where she currently serves as Chair.


Michael Ceci is a public policy and regulatory affairs professional at Bennett Jones LLP. Previously, he worked in various production and general management roles in the Canadian and US media industry. He was a founding member of the production company Strange Customs Inc. and has served as the Executive Producer with the company, producing a wide array of narrative, musical, and corporate films and videos. Michael has also held corporate roles at TELUS and worked as an Advisor to the Minister at Canada’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (now Global Affairs Canada). Michael volunteers his time as the Board Chair of The Participation House Project: Durham Region, a developmental services agency, and is a volunteer advisor to Community Living Ontario.


EDITH MYERS is the President at CEI Management. Edith is a former managing director for Pinewood Toronto Studios and a former chief operating officer for Scott Group of Companies. Edith’s community involvement includes serving as a director for World Animal Protection.


Santina Colalillo is a Chief Executive Officer and President for T.A.C. Holdings Ltd., and a Vice President for F.A.M. Productions Ltd. Her community involvement includes serving as lead organizer and producer for Carassauga Talent Search.


Philip Forte is a Client Executive for Bell Business Markets. His community Involvement includes serving as a volunteer for the Friends of the Orphans Canada and the Children’s Make a wish Foundation.
