Niagara Parks Commission
GRAHAM COVENEY
Graham Coveney, of St. Catharines, has worked for a large Canadian Financial Institution as a Financial Planner for over 32 years and holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Graham was a former Public Member with the Council of the College of Optometrists and Community Member of the Canada Pension Review Tribunal. He was also previously a Commissioner and the Chair of the Property and Infrastructure Committee with the Niagara Parks Commission. He is an active volunteer in Niagara with Community Crew which is an organization that provides healthy lunches for kids in local schools. His other long-standing community involvement includes volunteering as a baseball and hockey coach with kids.
APRIL COTTON
April Cotton is President of Breakwater Investments Inc., and a former Chief Financial Officer for Breakwater Investments Inc. April’s community involvement includes serving as a Director with United Way Niagara, Radius Child and Youth Services, and the McKeil Family Foundation.
RAYMOND (TED) SALCI
Raymond (Ted) Salci is a former Citizenship Judge for Citizenship & Immigration Canada, and a former Mayor for the City of Niagara Falls. His community involvement includes formerly serving as President for Niagara Falls Rotary Club.
DONATO LA CAPRARA
Donato La Caprara is retired Justice of the Peace for the Ontario Court of Justice, and a former Chief of Staff for the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Tourism (1998-2011). His community involvement includes serving as a Board Member for the Lincoln Humane Society.
SPENCER DEWOLFE
Spencer DeWolfe, of St. Catharines, is a Real Estate Agent with Masterson Realty Ltd. and a teacher with the District School Board of Niagara. His community involvement has included serving as member of the Board of Directors of St. Catharines Jr B Falcons.
HUNTER CORCORAN
Hunter Corcoran was born and raised in the Niagara region. He works in the investment industry at an independent investment manager where he researches investments all across Canada. He also was a part time reservist in the army. Hunter has an undergraduate degree from Western in business and economics.
