Hugo Gatsby is the cofounder of Stradea, a design thinking lab that focuses on building both accessible corporate cultures and accessible digital solutions. Having spent time working in and teaching design as well as in both consulting and financial services. Hugo has created a niche area of expertise to develop AODA compliant digital solutions, authentic brand identities, and redefine strategic and workplace culture issues within organizations.


Peter Dyakowski is an accomplished member of Canada’s professional community. During an 11-year CFL career with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Saskatchewan Roughriders, Peter established a reputation as one of the best at his positions while also fighting for the rights and working conditions of teammates via the CFL Players’ Association. Peter serves today on the board of director of the CFLPA as Treasurer. While playing a decade with the Tiger-Cats, Peter gave back to Hamilton off the field wherever he could actively support numerous charity and non-profit initiatives. Peter now sits as a member of board of directors of the national injury prevention organization Parachute Canada. And as CEO of Scholars Education Centre, Peter leads one of Canada’s largest supplemental education companies, bringing enriching after-school programming to thousands of students across the country. Peter lives in Hamilton with his wife Rachel and their two daughters Louise (3) and Helena (1).


is a history Teacher at Grand Erie District School Board. His community involvement includes volunteering as a server for Out of the Cold. Dan holds a master’s in the Science of Education from Niagara University.
