CHAD MCCLEAVE
is a former Chief Financial Officer for Waterfront Toronto, and Infrastructure Ontario. His community involvement includes serving as a director for College of Kinesiologists, and a member for Financial Executives International (FEI), Toronto Chapter
SARA GOTTLIEB
Sara Gottlieb is General Counsel with VON Canada. Ms. Gottlieb was previously counsel in the post-secondary sector, prior to which she worked as Counsel with the Ombudsman of Ontario and in private practice with Goodmans LLP in Toronto and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York City. Ms. Gottlieb has corporate governance and regulatory experience including as a volunteer board member and government appointee with a variety of health, equity, and diversity initiatives in the community.

Jennifer Yee, of Tecumseh, is Vice-President of Medical Labs of Windsor. Her community involvement includes serving as Treasurer of the Ontario Association of Medical Laboratories.
JANA SMITH

With over 30 years of experience in public practice, Frank Jasek is a Partner at MNP LLP, specializing in accounting, tax, and advisory services for privately held businesses and professionals. He holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation and the Chartered Director (C.Dir) designation from McMaster University’s Directors College. Frank has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, known for his practical, client-focused approach and ability to guide businesses through growth, succession, and strategic decision-making. Earlier in his career, Frank was involved with the Burlington Chamber, the Rotary Club, and the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation. As his professional practice expanded, he made the deliberate decision to step back from community involvement to focus on building a strong and sustainable advisory team. Now, as he transitions toward a more flexible, part-time career, he is eager to re-engage in meaningful public service and community leadership.
