CHRISTOPHER DAY
Chris Day is President of Winston-Wilmont, Inc. His 20+ years of leadership experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, includes executive experience in health care and municipal affairs. Chris’s extensive community involvement includes service as Vice-Chair for Operation Come Home and organizations like Capital Pride.
FION ANASTASSIADES
Fion Anastassiades is an accomplished business and technology leader with over 20 years of global experience guiding strategic transformation, governance, and innovation for Fortune 500 companies, governments, non-profits, and international development organizations. He has a proven record in program and portfolio management, enterprise technology transformation, and public sector advisory across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He is a former co-founder of an international business development firm and served as an advisor to the Minister of International Trade, bringing deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, policy alignment, and risk governance. Fion is skilled at translating strategic vision into measurable results, aligning investments with mission-driven goals, and navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments. He is passionate about advancing public education, digital innovation, and equitable access to information, and is committed to helping TVO strengthen its role as a trusted, future-ready public broadcaster serving all Ontarians.
PATRICK ROGERS
Patrick Rogers is the CEO of Music Canada. He first joined Music Canada in 2016 with the goal of innovating Music Canada’s advocacy strategy. In that time, Music Canada led the charge in reforming the Copyright Board of Canada, advocated for an improved Ontario Music Investment Fund and rallied cultural industry stakeholders during the parliamentary review of the Copyright Act.
STEPHANIE LU
Stephanie Lu is a business leader with a proven track record of managing successful organizational transformations and business outcomes. She has held senior roles in the financial services industry and public service with a focus on public affairs and reputation management, as well as cultural transformation and digital innovation. Stephanie served as a senior advisor to the Solicitor General of Ontario and Associate Minister of Enterprise, Opportunity and Innovation with responsibility for legislative affairs and reputation management. Her current role focuses on leveraging innovation to bring much needed healthcare services to under-serviced populations in Canada.

Ryan Cole, of Toronto, is Vice-President of Policy Concepts Inc. He is also a former Senior Advisor for the Ontario Public Service and a former Managing Partner at Arke Marketing.
ANDREW BRANDER
Andrew Brander is a Partner at Crestview and award-winning communications professional who brings to TVO an instinctive understanding of government and media relations, strategic communications, and issues management. With 20 years of experience working alongside senior leaders and decision makers in both the private and public sectors, Andrew also has worked with a number of non-profits and is very active within the Macanese-Canadian community.
KATLYN HARRISON
Kate Harrison is Vice Chair of Summa Strategies, specializing in communication and consumer issues. She joins the board with nearly 15 years of experience creating and implementing government relations and communications campaigns. A skilled strategist, Kate advises clients ranging from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies on how to navigate the complexities of Parliament Hill and Queen's Park. She is a regular commentator on local and national media outlets, speaking on politics and current affairs.

Tatiana Hermanns, of Toronto, is a Broker at Chestnut Park Real Estate Ltd. Brokerage. Tatiana’s community involvement includes serving as a director for the Southlake Health Foundation.
FRASER LOCKERBIE
Fraser Lockerbie, of Toronto, is founder and principal at Civil Agency. He is also a former contract faculty member at Bishop's University and former vice-president of digital and campaigns at Sussex Strategy Group. His community involvement has included serving as managing editor of the alumni magazine for Bishop's University.
