Ravina Bains is the Vice President of Canadian Business Banking & Scotia Wealth Management Sales Integration. Ravina joined Scotiabank in 2016 as the National Director, Aboriginal Financial Services. Ravina previously served as the Director of Policy for the Government of Canada, Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada department. In this role she has worked with Aboriginal communities, government officials, and industry executives to advance economic development, education and fiscal policy. Ravina currently serves as a board member for the Hockey Canada Foundation, the YMCA of Greater Toronto, and the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. Ravina holds a B.A. and M.A. from UBC, and a M.S.c in Law form the University of Oxford.
Therese Culnan is an Executive Financial Services professional with an extensive track record in a broad range of areas including enterprise risk management, regulatory and compliance frameworks, finance, project strategy and executive, operations, training, and development, and small business and commercial banking.
Patrick Rogers is the CEO of Music Canada. He first joined Music Canada in 2016 with the goal of innovating Music Canada’s advocacy strategy. In that time, Music Canada led the charge in reforming the Copyright Board of Canada, advocated for an improved Ontario Music Investment Fund and rallied cultural industry stakeholders during the parliamentary review of the Copyright Act.
Mark Lawson is the Vice President of Communications & External Relations at Therme Group Canada. Previously, he served as a member of the leadership team at a Nasdaq-listed integrated gaming and esports media company, and served in senior roles with the Government of Ontario. Mark holds a B.A. from Bishop’s University, and a Master's Degree in Energy and Earth Resources Leadership from Queen’s University.

He lives in the Waterloo Region.
Stephanie Lu is a business leader with a proven track record of managing successful organizational transformations and business outcomes. She has held senior roles in the financial services industry and public service with a focus on public affairs and reputation management, as well as cultural transformation and digital innovation. Stephanie served as a senior advisor to the Solicitor General of Ontario and Associate Minister of Enterprise, Opportunity and Innovation with responsibility for legislative affairs and reputation management. Her current role focuses on leveraging innovation to bring much needed healthcare services to under-serviced populations in Canada.
Aaron Campbell is currently Chief of Staff and Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Strategy and Sustainability at LCBO. He has held senior roles with the federal government, including with the Prime Minister of Canada and the Minister of Canadian Heritage. Spending 6 years at the Toronto International Film Festival, Aaron oversaw production, the TIFF Film Office and the alignment of operational planning with the organization’s artistic vision and business objectives. In addition to his professional experience, Aaron serves as a board member and Chair of the Governance and Audit Committee for Cota Health. He previously sat on the Board of Directors for Danceworks Toronto and is a recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal for service to his community.
Jeffrey L. Orridge is a highly regarded corporate and community transformative leader with global experience building teams, brands, and businesses across North America. Prior to joining TVO, Jeffrey served as Commissioner of the Canadian Football League and held senior leadership positions at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Canadian Tire Corporation, Reebok, Mattel, and Warner Brothers, and USA Basketball. A graduate of Harvard Law School and Amherst College, Jeffrey has earned a reputation for making lasting social impact. He has served in senior leadership roles at Right to Play, a global humanitarian organization as well as on the boards of War Child Canada, the Canada Post Foundation, BlackNorth Initiative, and Historica Canada. Jeffrey is a sought-after speaker, having spoken at Harvard Law School, Stanford University, Arizona State University, Schulich School of Business, Ryerson’s Ted Rogers School of Management, Drexel University Law School, and the University of New Brunswick (among others). Drawing on lived experiences and having led transformational diversity and inclusion initiatives, Jeffrey is regarded as a thought leader on enhancing corporate brands through alignment with D&I goals. Jeffrey, his wife Carly, and their two sons live in North York, Ontario.
