- Function
The OCRC, operating as the Ontario Cannabis Store, is the province’s exclusive online retailer of recreational cannabis and provides for socially responsible sales of cannabis and related products through its website. The OCRC will also be the exclusive wholesaler of recreational cannabis to the province's private retail stores.
- Membership
The Lieutenant Governor in Council appoints at least three and not more than nine members and designates one member as chair and may designate one member as vice-chair.
- Term
There is no limitation in legislation.
- Meetings
- The board meets twelve times per year with additional board and committee meetings as needed. Meetings are held at 1 Yonge Street in Toronto.
