Appointee Biographies

GARY ROGOZINSKI

Gary was born and raised in Fort Frances. He worked for the Pulp & Paper Mill in Fort Frances for 33 years managing the Environmental and Energy programs. He attended Fort Frances High School and graduated from the University of Manitoba with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology. He has served on several Board and Committees, both as an active member and/or as Chair/President. These include The Fort Frances Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce, the Fort Frances Tour de Fort Entertainment Series, the Ontario Waterpower Association Board, the OFIA Environmental Affairs Committee, the Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship Board, the Town of Fort Frances Environmental Advisory Committee and the Committee of Adjustment. Gary was an appointed Provincial representative on the Fort Frances Police Services Board in August, 2019 and was an active member for 5 years until the recent changes.
