DAVID DELCORDE

David Delcorde is a retired federal public servant having served 31 years with the Government of Canada. In addition, he has been a university professor at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa from 2002 to 2024 during which time he also served as Undergraduate Program Director and MBA Program Director. David Delcorde holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (B.Adm) from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, a Master of Arts (MA) in International Business Management from the University of Westminster, London, UK, and a Doctorate (Ph.D) from London South Bank University in London, UK.

IAN FRASER

Dr. Ian Hamilton Fraser is a retired perceptual and cognitive psychologist with over 30 years of teaching and research experience at the university level. Areas of particular interest included pedagogy, bullying and cyberbullying and Psychology and the Law. For anyone interested, he has a number of publications in these areas which are available online. Ian also volunteered for a number of years as the co-editor of the Journal of Behavioral and Social Sciences. He currently resides in the Merrickville-Wolford area.
