CATHERINE KNIPE

Catherine Knipe currently owns a consultancy focused on global technology implementations. Her background includes senior management, professional services, and operational experience in private and public sectors. Catherine has previously served on the Milton Hydro Distribution board and on the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, and the Senate at the University of Guelph. Additionally, she has served on a variety of not-for-profit board through out her career. Her interest in governance is focused on board evaluation and improvement.

CATHERINE HECIMOVICH

Catherine Hecimovich is a physiotherapist by training who has taken numerous Healthcare Leadership roles throughout her career up to and including 2 different CEO roles. Also experienced in governance and performance of a regulatory colleges with over 10 years’ experience with leading disciplinary committees.

JOHN DE BRUYN

John de Bruyn, of Salford, is the owner of J. De Bruyn Farms Ltd. His community involvement has included serving as Chair of the Land Division Committee for the County of Oxford and as Club Leader for 4-H Ontario.

THEODORE ARNOTT

Ted Arnott is a community volunteer who served as a Member of Provincial Parliament in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1990 to 2025. Born in 1963, he had numerous part-time and summer jobs while attending elementary and secondary school in Arthur. He is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in Political Science), and a Diploma in Business Administration. Today, he serves on the volunteer Boards of the Groves Memorial Community Hospital, KidsAbility Centre for Child Development, and the Elora Festival and Elora Singers. He also actively volunteers with Cancer Assistance Halton Hills, the Centre Wellington Food Bank, the Rotary Club of Fergus-Elora, and the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 275, Fergus). He and his wife Lisa live in Fergus.
