JAMES DOUGLAS ANTHONY
Doug Anthony, HRF, ORMP, DTM is a retired 38-year bilingual veteran of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police holding the rank of Superintendent. He is an Operational Risk Management Professional and a Labour Relations Professional. Doug resides with his wife Cindy in the Township of Russell. He is a Life Member, a Past National President, a Hal Rogers Fellow of Kin Canada, and the charter president of the Kin Club of Russell. he is currently chair of the Kin Club of Russell's Catch the Ace lottery. Doug has been Dr. Stephen Covey and Dale Carnegie trained and is the recipient of Dale Carnegie’s Highest Award for Achievement and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for his work in the volunteer sector. He is the 2nd recipient of the United Counties JP St. Pierre Award.
STEPHAN PLOURDE
Stephan Plourde resides in St-Albert. He is a retired Colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces and the Canadian Forces Health Services. He led a variety of military healthcare organizations, both in care delivery as well as education and training, in Canada and abroad. Stephan was recognized as a leader in the provision of health care to all Canadian Armed Forces Personnel in Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces, where he managed an integrated health system of military hospitals and clinics. Prior to retiring, Stephan contributed to the military support to long-term care facilities in Ontario and Quebec during the initial months of the COVID-19 pandemic. Active in the health care community, Stephan is currently a Health Leadership and Management Consultant.
