NED KURUC

Ned Kuruc is a Mortgage Agent for Invis, Owner of ATM Ontario and Neku Cannabis, a former Executive/Director for K-1 global, and a former Owner of Iron Tiger Muay Thai.

JENNIFER HUGGINS

Jennifer Huggins is the owner of Kingsway Boxing Club, the founder of Fight To End Cancer, and past President of Boxing Ontario. Her extensive engagement within the community spans across roles as an esteemed international Referee and Judge, along with her active participation on a spectrum of committees. Notably, she has been a driving force behind fundraising initiatives for cancer research and reinvesting in the advancement of the sporting community.

SHARI CARRUTHERS

Shari Carruthers is an Accountant for Zeton Inc., and Chief Operating Officer for Burlington Training Centre and BTC Fight Promotions. Her community involvement includes serving as a volunteer/organizer for AA Knock Out Cancer.

MUZAMMAL NAWAZ

Muzammal Nawaz has invested over 30 years in corporate leadership training with client groups that range from the International Red Cross in Geneva to many of Canada’s largest youth service agencies. He designed and published a Leadership Training Program with the Henry Durant Institute in Switzerland that has been implemented throughout Canada and the US, as well as across Europe, Africa and South-East Asia. Muzammal’s sport background includes careers in both amateur and professional kickboxing. He competed in 43 countries, amassed over 200 amateur bouts and medaled in 8 World Championships. He turned professional balanced a PRO fighting career with his career in the NGO sector. He retired with a record of 38-6-2 as a 5 x World Pro Middleweight Champion. An internationally recognized speaker, author and facilitator, he has conducted programs with professional and Olympic calibres athletes and their coaches across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

NEIL SHAW

David Shaw serves as Executive Vice President, Head of International and Content at UFC®, the world’s leading mixed martial arts organization. He is responsible for UFC’s global strategy and content distribution, with a focus on maximizing revenue from TV, PPV, and digital partnerships and from UFC’s live events. Shaw also oversees UFC’s international operations, including managing UFC teams in Moscow, London, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, Sydney, and Toronto. Shaw joined UFC in August 2010 to help launch the global brand’s operations in Canada. Under Shaw’s leadership, UFC has expanded its global programming presence and is now broadcast in over 175 countries and territories to more than 900 million TV households in 40 different languages. At the same time, UFC’s global fan base has grown to more than 625 million fans, with over 156 million followers on social media. A native of Toronto, Ontario, Shaw holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
