MITCH PANCIUK

Mitch Panciuk has owned and operated a small business in Belleville since 2001. He has served in numerous volunteer roles in community organizations and was elected as a City Councilor and Mayor of the City of Belleville. He serves as a Corporate Director with Hydro One and Ontario One Call.

MICHAEL CALLAGHAN

Michael Callaghan is a retired Chief of Police with a distinguished career spanning 39 years in law enforcement. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated exemplary leadership, commitment, and service to the community, ultimately rising to the position of Chief of Police, where he led with integrity, dedication, and a focus on public safety. His leadership was marked by an emphasis on collaboration with other agencies, innovative crime prevention strategies, and a commitment to building trust between the police and the public. Michael has dedicated his time and energy to various community causes. He is a committed volunteer with the Children's Foundation, where he supports initiatives aimed at improving the lives of children in need. In addition to his work with children’s organizations, he has become an outspoken advocate for raising awareness about human trafficking. His career is a testament to his deep commitment to both public safety and the well-being of his community.
