CONNIE GRAHAM

In a corporate directorship career spanning more than 20 years, Ms. Graham has had the opportunity to serve Municipal, Provincial and Federal Crown Corporations and regulatory agencies, as well as public and NFP corporations. Her technical acumen has facilitated oversight in such disparate sectors as transportation infrastructure (Federal Bridge Corporation, bridge operations and construction), power distribution systems (London Hydro, Inc.) and regulatory oversight in highly technical fields (nuclear/gas pipelines/pressure vessels, elevating devices, operating engineers for Ontario's TSSA). She was granted the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.d designation in 2012 and has since facilitated the modernization of many outdated board governance/policy/indemnification/risk documents and oversight processes. As an experienced Board and Committee Chair, Ms. Graham leads with strategic focus, humour, mutual respect and an irrepressible pursuit of excellence.

MICHAEL CALLAGHAN

Michael Callaghan is a retired Chief of Police with a distinguished career spanning 39 years in law enforcement. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated exemplary leadership, commitment, and service to the community, ultimately rising to the position of Chief of Police, where he led with integrity, dedication, and a focus on public safety. His leadership was marked by an emphasis on collaboration with other agencies, innovative crime prevention strategies, and a commitment to building trust between the police and the public. Michael has dedicated his time and energy to various community causes. He is a committed volunteer with the Children's Foundation, where he supports initiatives aimed at improving the lives of children in need. In addition to his work with children’s organizations, he has become an outspoken advocate for raising awareness about human trafficking. His career is a testament to his deep commitment to both public safety and the well-being of his community.

JENNIFER MILLS

Visionary leader and finance pro, Jennifer Mills fuses strategic design insight with rigorous accounting skill. Now Chief Executive Officer of Toronto Luxury Staging, she directs operations, creative direction, inventory and growth while cultivating elite staging talent. Jennifer is also a successful award-winning Realtor and Team Lead at RE/MAX, Royal LePage and Zolo, effectively overseeing sales, business strategy and team performance. Grounded in finance, Jennifer was Retail Accountant at Sobeys, Controller at Kantelberg Design and Right Sleeve Marketing, and Senior Accountant at Martin Brower/MBX Logistics and Just Energy, engineering robust controls and data pipelines into Great Plains ERP for multibillion dollar operations. Community commitment includes chairing an Early Childhood Intervention Program—streamlining finances and launching record breaking fundraisers that ensured its long-term health—and founding The Spark, a networking hub that empowers families and children with autism.
