Ontario Securities Commission - Capital Markets Tribunal
TIMOTHY MOSELEY
Tim Moseley was previously Vice Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission from 2017-2022 and a Part-time Member of the Commission from 2015-2017. He was Chair of its Adjudicative Committee and has significant experience adjudicating the wide variety of proceedings that came before the Commission's tribunal. He is active in the adjudication and administrative law communities as an instructor in adjudication programs offered by Osgoode Professional Development the Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators, as a panelist at various conferences and programs, and as Co-chair of the Laskin Moot. Before joining the OSC, Tim was global Chief Compliance Officer for over ten years, and Head of Litigation (Canada) for two years, at a major Canadian financial institution. Prior to that, he practiced corporate and commercial litigation at the OSC and in private practice. Tim holds B.A., LL.B. and M.B.A. degrees and the ICD.D designation. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1987.

GEOFFREY CREIGHTON
Geoff Creighton is a lawyer and independent governance professional. He practiced as a long-time partner of Torys LLP, then as General Counsel of IGM Financial Inc. Geoff now acts as a member of the Independent Review Committee of BlackRock Canada, as a "public member" of the board of Advocis, as a trustee of the Legal Leaders for Diversity trust fund, and in further volunteer roles.
JAMES DOUGLAS
James D. G. Douglas is a lawyer called to the bar of Ontario in 1981. He has practised in the area of commercial litigation throughout his career, with an emphasis on capital markets and securities regulatory litigation. He is formerly a Senior Investigation Counsel (seconded) to the Ontario Securities Commission and is currently Senior Counsel with the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.
RUSSELL JURIANSZ
The Honourable Russell Juriansz obtained a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in 1969 and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972. He practiced law for 24 years, both in government and in private practice. He appeared in the Supreme Court of Canada on several seminal human rights cases. He taught at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. In private practice he was a partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon and subsequently opened his own firm. On March 12, 1998, he was appointed to what is now the Superior Court of Ontario. On March 17, 2004, he was appointed to the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He is a past chair of the Judicial Advisory Committee for the Toronto Region. In 2015 he was awarded an honourary Doctor of Laws degree by the Law Society of Upper Canada (now the Law Society of Ontario). After 17 ½ years he retired from the Court of Appeal on September 1, 2021. Currently, he is on the roster of arbitrators at Arbitration Place.
ANDREA BURKE
Andrea Burke is a highly knowledgeable and experienced litigation lawyer in the areas of complex commercial and securities-related litigation and law. She is a partner in Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where she has practiced for over 25 years. She is a Director of The Advocates' Society, current and past chair of many of its committees and task forces and a frequent lecturer at its educational programs. She is a member of the Ontario Court's Commercial List Users' Committee, a member of the Sopinka Cup Organizing Committee, a past President of the University of Toronto Law Alumni Association, a frequent mentor to University of Toronto law students, a former member of the OSC's Securities Proceedings Advisory Committee, a former adjunct professor at University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and a former member of the Cabbagetown Heritage Conservation District Advisory Committee. She holds a BCom (Economics & Finance) (Joint Hons) (McGill) and an LL. B (Hons) (University of Toronto).
DALE PONDER
Dale R. Ponder is the former National Co-Chair of the law firm Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP and served on its Partnership Board and Senior Executive Leadership team for over 20 years, until retiring from Osler effective January 1, 2022. She is also the immediate past National Managing Partner and Chief Executive of Osler and before that, National Co-Managing Partner of the firm, positions she held from 2001 to 2017. Ms. Ponder is a Corporate Director, and sits on the Boards of various public, private and not for profit entities. Ms. Ponder’s legal practice experience focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities regulation and corporate governance. Ms. Ponder has had extensive experience throughout her legal career leading transactions relating to public and private merger and acquisition and capital markets matters and advising boards of public companies. She has been repeatedly recognized as a leading Canadian M&A lawyer by third party ranking services.
