Centralized Supply Chain Ontario (Supply Ontario)

PAUL G. SMITH

Paul G. Smith has held the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Chairman of privately held and publicly listed companies, as well as charitable organizations. Of note, he served 8 years on the board of directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc. and was Chair of the board for 4 years. Prior to entering the private sector, he served in advisory roles within the Government of Canada, including as Executive Assistant to the Prime Minister. Mr. Smith holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master of Arts in Public Administration, and undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Political Science.

GEORGE SZEWCHUK

George Szewchuk is a Principal for Scewchuk & Associates Inc., and a former Vice President of Purchasing for Maple Leaf Foods Inc. His community involvement includes serving as fund raising Chair for Etobicoke Swim Club.

ALLAN MACDONALD

Allan MacDonald is a Chief Executive Officer for The Bragg Group of Companies. His community involvement includes serving as a member of the board for Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation.

GILLIAN KERNAGHAN

Dr. Gillian Kernaghan is the Past President of St. Joseph's Health Care London, retired 2021. She is a Family Physician who graduated from Western University in 1982 and practiced family medicine in London until 2010. From 1993 to 2010 she served as the VP, Medical for the various hospitals in London. She has served on the OHA Board, CHAO Board, as President of the Canadian Society of Physician Leaders and as Co-Chair of the Canadian Health Leadership Network. She has served on numerous provincial committees and is a frequent speaker at conferences. She has retired as an Associate Professor in the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry and is currently a faculty member of the Physician Leadership Institute of CMA Joule.

JOHN STIPAN

John Stipan was born and raised in Hamilton Ontario, John is a seasoned Procurement executive with more than 25 years of procurement and supply chain experience in several large multi-national organizations. John attended McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario where he received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1993. John has furthered his education with a concentration in commodity risk management and options trading for agricultural commodities. John has held several progressive roles in finance, supply chain and procurement. As a seasoned procurement executive, John has also led global organizational redesign efforts and has significant experience in acquisitions, divestitures, leading edge procurement tools and performance management.

TERRI MCKINNON

Terri McKinnon is a retired partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she provided external audit and risk assurance services to organizations in the public, not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. Terri serves on the boards of Public Health Ontario, Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital and Ladies Golf Club of Toronto.

PAMELA SCHOTT

Pamela Schott (Pam) is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of senior leadership experience across Procurement, Operational Excellence, M&A, Strategy, Business Transformation, Governance, Finance, Risk Management, and Sales. She spent 24 years in BMO Financial Group where she built a world-class Procurement function, led multiple billion-dollar acquisitions, and delivered significant bottom line savings through effective cost reduction and value enhancing programs. Her demonstrated strength in leading change, influencing stakeholders, and elevating talent also resulted in her overseeing Communications, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Help Desk, and Change Management teams and strategies – to drive and embed sustainable transformation in organizations. She’s currently serving on the Boards of Victim Services Toronto and Ivey Alumni Network Executive Board of Western University. Giving back to the community is a key aspect of her life, and she is glad to be of service.
