JENNIFER WINTERMANS

Jennifer Wintermans is a health care executive with over 25 years of experience in leadership, clinical operations, and strategic communications and engagement. She currently serves as the Vice-President of Clinical Services, Quality and Corporate Affairs at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Previously, she held the role of Vice-President of System Strategy, Planning, Design and Implementation at Ontario Health North, and has also served in Director-level positions overseeing Communications, Privacy, and Regulatory Affairs. Jennifer brings extensive experience in the delivery and operations of clinical services, strategic corporate communication, corporate secretarial support, and expert governance counsel to the Chief Executive Officer, Senior Leadership Council, and the Board of Directors. She is a Registered Nurse and holds a Master of Business Administration (Health Care Specialization), a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
