KENNETH JOSEPH ("JOE") PARKER

Joe Parker is a Partner with Four Corners Group, and owns Maple Tree Advisory Inc., a business consulting firm advising businesses on matters of strategy, governance, organization and performance improvement. He currently serves on the board of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, and volunteers at the Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation. Previously, he was a Partner in the financial advisory services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a financial executive at The Molson Companies. Joe’s community involvement has included Board Chair/Director at the Central Ontario Community Care Access Centre, Board Chair/Governor at Mohawk College in Hamilton, and a Board member at the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, is a CPA/CA, and an Institute Certified Director (ICD.d). Joe has also completed numerous Senior Executive Programs in finance, taxation and general business.

ANI HOTOYAN-JOLY

Ani Hotoyan-Joly is a member of the Board of Directors of Friends of Canadian Broadcasting and is the Chair of the Audit Committee. Ani served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ontario Power Generation where she was the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Compensation, Leadership and Governance Committee. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of Women’s College Hospital where she was the Chair of the Governance & Nominations Committee. Most recently, Ani was a member of the Board of Echelon Financial Holdings Inc. Currently she is a member of the Executive Board of Armenian Relief Society of Canada and was the past Chair of ARS Armenian Private School’s Board of Trustees.

SARA GELGOR

Sara is an accomplished governance, sustainability, risk and legal professional with extensive board experience and has chaired governance, audit, and Chief Executive Officer succession committees as well as boards. At RBC she is responsible for the Bank’s human rights program and advises on reconciliation. Sara has held senior positions in risk and compliance at other major corporations. Sara holds the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation and is a lawyer. She obtained a Master’s of Law at Cambridge University and an MBA at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She currently chairs the Governance Committee and is the Public Director at The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, chairs the City of Toronto Compliance Audit Committee, and chairs the Advisory Board at the University of Toronto (University of St. Michael’s College) for the Graduate Diploma in Sustainability Program. She is a faculty member of Governance Professionals of Canada’s professional program.
