Ontario Internal Audit Committee - Central Services Sector Audit Committee

PAUL TICE

is a corporate director and professional accountant with extensive executive and governance experience with public issuers, industry leaders, federal crown agencies, regulated enterprise, NFP and joint ventures, and as a transformational CFO in the technology, distribution, aviation and automotive sectors. He has extensive audit committee experience, as chair or member with all appointments and with governance and special purpose committees, including a multi-billion pension fund through the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. He has taught corporate governance for more than 10 years in Canada and elsewhere, through the Directors College (McMaster University) and other educational organizations.

ANIL MATHUR

is a former Senior Vice President for Corporate Services at CIBC. His community involvement includes serving as a Treasurer for the Mississauga Erin Mills Lions Club.

ROSEMARY MCGUIRE

Rosemary is a professional accountant and board director with extensive executive, policy, and governance experience across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She has held senior leadership roles including as Vice-President at CPA Canada and has extensive experience in public accounting through her work in the National Office of PwC. Her career spans complex regulatory environments with specialized knowledge in accounting and assurance standards, ESG, capital markets, and financial oversight. She brings experience with audit committees, standard-setting bodies, and multi-stakeholder initiatives, and currently serves on the board of a youth mental health agency.
