MELEK DE-WINT

Melek De-Wint is a senior leader with a combined experience of over 20 years working in both private and non-profit sectors. In private sector, she worked in management consultancy, sales, market research, human resources and project management roles at senior levels. Her non-profit sector experience has focused on programs and projects that invest in the next generation, by supporting the development and empowerment of young people. She has taken on roles in governance, operations, change management, strategy development, project management and social impact measurement, connecting with young people, their adult mentors and teachers and a variety of other internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Melek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Social Psychology.

KAREN ROTHFELS

Karen Rothfels holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto and is a project manager and scientific associate at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. Her community involvement includes serving as an executive member of the Toronto Island Community Association.

ALISON ROGERS

Alison Rogers is former President and CEO of Epic Cruises Inc., prior to which she was a sole practitioner lawyer representing clients in criminal, quasi criminal, and civil litigation. Her community involvement includes serving on the executive board of the Toronto Island Community Association, volunteer with the Algonquin Island Association and the Ward's Island Association. Ms. Rogers is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and she holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from Concordia University.
