LOUISE HURTEAU

Louise Hurteau is a graduate in civil law from the University of Ottawa and in common law from Dalhousie University and member of the Bar of Ontario (1989). From 1989 to 1997, Ms. Hurteau practiced law with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General as a bilingual lawyer, civil litigation. She then accepted a position in a private practice in Toronto in 1997 and opened her own practice before joining the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2004 as a bilingual lawyer in the Discipline Service (now the Discipline Service). professional control). Mr. Hurteau has pleaded before several administrative tribunals, the Superior Court of Ontario, the Divisional Court of Ontario as well as the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
