JUDITH KOZIOL

Judith Koziol retired in North Bay for 35 years managing a property management firm. Judith served on North Bay City Council for 11 years including numerous community agencies, boards, and committees.

PATRICIA CARR

Michelle Flaherty has extensive experience in administrative, labour, human rights and employment law and has represented both employers and employees. Ms. Flaherty is a part-time member with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Special Education (French) Tribunal and is also a Professor of labour law and human rights at the University of Ottawa. She is a former Legal Counsel with the University of Ottawa and a former Law Clerk to Madame Justice Claire L'Heureux-Dubé of the Supreme Court of Canada. Her community involvement includes serving as a member of the Supreme Court of Canada Advocacy Institute, as a mentor for the Women's Legal Mentorship Program at the University of Ottawa, and a volunteer for Big Sisters of Ottawa-Carleton. Ms. Flaherty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bishop's University as well as Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from the University of Ottawa.
