Jason Fleming is a Canadian HR executive, corporate director, and thought leader with over a decade of varied HR experience. He is the founder and Principal of Maxton HR, an HR consulting firm serving organizations across Canada. In addition, Jason serves as a board member for DriveABLE, WSPS and as an Editorial board member for Your Workplace Magazine. Jason holds a BA from the University of Guelph a post-graduate certificate in HR management and a certificate in HR Law. He was among the first 300 HR leaders in Canada to obtained the Certified Human Resources Executive designation, which he received through the Ontario Human Resources Professional Association. Jason has been recognized as one of the top 25 HR professionals in Canada by the Canadian HR Reporter.
CYNTHIA CHAN REYNOLDS
Cynthia Chan Reynolds is the board psychologist and manager of student services at Peterborough Victoria Northumberland Clarington Catholic School Board. She received her Master of Applied Science and Ph.D. from the University of Waterloo. She has been on professional associations and has held memberships on several community boards.
Timothy Andrew Kennaley has been a self-employed for over 30 years in the technology, programming and management consulting sector. He is a System Engineer Design from the University of Waterloo and has spent much of his life in Peterborough Mr. Kennaley has sat on numerous non profit charitable boards and has a strong interest in post-secondary education.
is a long-term resident of the Municipality to Port Hope and Northumberlanf County. His career, following university, involved farming, grain elevator ownership, grain software development, fertilizer manufacturing and sales, and grain merchandizing. Ben has and continues to serve on many board and associations, including OABA, NFA, Capitol Theatre, Canadian Fire Fighters Museum, and Rotary. Ben has been married to Jacquie for 45 years, enjoys flying his airplane, motorcycling, and tennis.
