CYNTHIA CHAN REYNOLDS
Cynthia Chan Reynolds is the board psychologist and manager of student services at Peterborough Victoria Northumberland Clarington Catholic School Board. She received her Master of Applied Science and Ph.D. from the University of Waterloo. She has been on professional associations and has held memberships on several community boards.
TIM KENNALEY
Timothy Andrew Kennaley has been a self-employed for over 30 years in the technology, programming and management consulting sector. He is a System Engineer Design from the University of Waterloo and has spent much of his life in Peterborough Mr. Kennaley has sat on numerous non profit charitable boards and has a strong interest in post-secondary education.
GRAEME MCKAY
Graeme McKay is the retired national Vice-President of Public Sector for a large multinational Technology and Services company. He has a long history of working with Not-for-Profit Boards in both the Durham region and the GTA. Most recently he was Vice Chair of the Scarborough Health Network, an $850M hospital corporation, was previously Vice Chair of the Rouge Valley Health System, and served as the Chair of the Information Technology Association of Canada in Ontario (ITAC Ontario). He is also a founding Board member of the Scarborough Health Network Research Institute. Graeme currently lives with his family in the east end of Toronto.
