BRIAN HENRY

Brian Henry joined Bird Construction as Chief People Officer in February 2020. Brian is passionate about creating industry leading employee experiences that nurture engaged, collaborative, inclusive and high-performance teams. He has over two decades of experience in Human Resources Management with leading organizations like SC Johnson, Dell Technologies and Yum Brands. He is a strategic and influential business executive with the reputation for leading transformational change, designing best in class workplace cultures, fostering organizational trust and building high performance teams. Brian holds a Business Administration Diploma from Mohawk College and obtained his Human Resources certification at the University of Toronto and Queens University. Brian is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association Executive Advisor Council. Brian is married with two daughters.

Lisa Knap is an Education Consultant for Barclay Educational Services, and a former Journalism Instructor for Sheridan College. Her community involvement includes serving as a gala committee member at St. Joseph’s Villa.
