MICHAEL DENOMME

Michael Denomme, of Sarnia, is a Manager with Canadian Stack Operations Montrose Environmental Group Ltd. He is former President and Co-founder of LEHDER Environmental Services Limited and a former Environmental Technologist with Fiberglass Canada Inc.

DOUG HATCH

Doug Hatch is the founder of Vital Industrial Solutions, established in 2016. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance, along with undergraduate degrees in Economics and Commerce, and professional certificates in Contract Negotiation and Project Management. Doug’s career includes roles such as New Ventures Development Specialist for an integrated oil and gas company in Calgary, AB; Canadian Manager for a large-scale wind farm EPC firm in Mississauga, ON; and President of a specialty and industrial gas distribution company focused on the petrochemical industry in Sarnia, ON. Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, coaching and playing various sports, and playing his acoustic guitar.
