Rob Gilmour is currently a Vice President with a national consultancy, Rob Gilmour has been the Executive Director of an organization dedicated to fighting for accessibility and volunteers with a three-time Paralympian and gold medalist to spread messages of inclusion and hope. Rob serves on the advisory board of ParaGolf Canada and values student leadership and post-secondary institutions, having graduated as the elected president of his university and high school student councils. He has co-authored a fundraising manual, launched three successful sponsorship departments and helped raise over $10 million. Experienced in the start-up world, Rob spent several years launching and expanding a car-sharing company across Canada. With the organization from before launch, the company grew to 34 markets from British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador in 24 months. As a proud Brock University graduate, Rob has a degree in English Literature and grew up on a turkey farm in the Niagara Region.


Marnie MacDougall holds a MBA from Ivey Business School and an honors undergraduate degree from Queen’s University. Marnie was previously the director of international student recruitment at Seneca College. Marnie has a reputation in the industry for creative and ambitious approaches to branding and international recruitment strategies. Marnie’s community involvement includes serving as Chair of the Board of the Canadian Basketball Academy.


Millan Mulraine joined Ontario Teachers' in 2016 as Chief Economist, after 10 years with TD Securities, most recently as its Deputy Chief US Economist in New York, where he was responsible for directing U.S. economic research and rates strategy. Millan leads the Economics Research Group and is responsible for designing and conducting analytical macro-oriented research to provide thought-leadership within Teachers’ on global economic, policy, financial market, and geopolitical issues. Millan is also very passionate about inclusion and diversity issues and leads the Multicultural Teachers’ Employee Resource Group, aimed at fostering an inclusive and diverse community at Teachers’ and building bridges with external partners to advance inclusion and diversity in our broader finance community. Millan holds a BSc in Economics and Statistics from the University of the West Indies, an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toronto
