GENEVIEVE PAINCHAUD

Geneviève Painchaud is a bilingual communications consultant, adjudicator and board director with extensive community involvement including through her work as a Board Director at the Law Society of Ontario, and recently on the Ontario Arts Council, the Law Commission of Ontario and Ontario 211 Services. She is an adjudicator with the Law Society Tribunal, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Child Family Services Review Board and Custody Review Board. Her past employers include Trimark Mutual Funds and Bell, and as a Professor at La Cité in the Business Faculty. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and University of Windsor.

PAUL-EMILE CLOUTIER

Over the past 25 years, Paul-Émile Cloutier has held a wide range of senior executive position, including communication, public policy strategy, public affairs, transportation, health and international relations. He has served both the federal and Ontario governments. He is a native from Montreal, fluently bilingual, and has resided in Ottawa for most of his life. Having a Masters degrees in Health Administration and Political Science, he has built a strong reputation in strategic leadership and build strong stakeholder relationships. His core strengths lie in his ability to analyze public and institutional trends and act as a trusted advisor to leaders. Mr. Cloutier has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthCareCAN. Held leadership roles as a Senior Policy Advisor at External Affairs (now Global Affairs) and was Chief Executive Officer and Secretary General of the Canadian Medical Association (CMA). A dedicated community leader, Paul-Émile has served on numerous boards both national and international.
