DENISE GHANAM

Denise Ghanam currently serves as a Member, HRTO. Before, she provided organizational and leadership training, strategic planning, and HR expertise through her consulting firm. She draws on thirty years of broad business experience and two decades of university teaching in management. Her education includes an Honours Commerce degree in finance, an MBA in business strategy, and doctoral studies in Human Resources. She holds the Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) designation and volunteered with the Executive Board of the HR Professionals Association as President and past-President. Her other governance experiences include service as a board member of Actors Theatre of Windsor; founding director of the Windsor-Essex Equity Network; St Clair College Board for eight years, serving two as Chair and two as VP of the provincial association (ACAATO); two years on the Windsor Port Authority Board as the federal appointee, and three years on the Windsor Police Services Board.
