LARYSSA HETMANCZUK
Laryssa Hetmanczuk is an executive advisor and public affairs consultant based in Toronto. She has experience working with the federal and provincial governments in leadership communications roles. In 2022, Laryssa was sanctioned by Russia because of her advocacy for Ukraine. Hailing from Niagara, she lives in Toronto with her husband and children.
LINDSAY DICOSIMO MERANI
Lindsay DiCosimo Merani is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business from the State University of New York, Lindsay's achievements include the Commissioner's Academic Award and the Taurus Aureaus Athletic-Academic Achievement Award. Lindsay possesses a unique skill set, combining strong marketing and networking abilities with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities. She is known for her innovative marketing ideas and campaigns. Lindsay is an articulate and enthusiastic communicator. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lindsay's leadership abilities were demonstrated as a NCAA Division I Women's Rowing Team Captain. Lindsay is a true professional in the dynamic world of marketing, hospitality, entertainment, travel, and tourism. Her dedication, creativity, and marketing acumen make her an invaluable asset to any organization in the industry.

April Jeffs, of Welland, is the Owner, Operator, and Photographer of April Jeffs Lakeside Studio and the former Mayor of the Township of Wainfleet. April’s community involvement includes serving as Director for PCW Chamber of Commerce and Arid Recovery Homes.
ZIAD HAJIFAZUL
Ziad Hajifazul has lived in Niagara Region for over 2 decades and brings a wealth of charitable experience including work as a Director on the Board of Islamic Society of Niagara Peninsula with the Boys and Girls Club of Niagara on their foundation and fund development and on the Ontario Trillium Foundation's Niagara Grant Review Team. He is a fluent speaker of 5 languages - English, Arabic, Hindi, Pashto and Urdu. Ziad is connected to many ethic communities in Niagara and Ontario.
