Gavin Tighe, BA (Queen’s), JD (USask) is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation and has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of Canadian Courts including the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Tighe is currently a senior partner with Gardiner Roberts LLP and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has been involved in many of the leading Canadian cases in such diverse areas as corporate restructuring, municipal conflict of interest, real property, lawyer’s negligence, financial advisor liability, auditor and accountant liability, director and officer liability, insurance, defamation, and election law in addition to numerous other areas of law.
William Greenhalgh is Chief Executive Officer and President of Stratx Inc. He has been a member of The Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario since 2013 and Vice Chair since March 2017. He also currently serves on the Champions Council of the Canadian Palliative Care Association. His past roles have included CEO of the Human Resources Professionals Association, President of the Globe and Mail, and President of Cinram. His past community involvement includes Board Director of The Scarborough Hospital; the Toronto Symphony; The Human Resources Professional Association; the North American Human Resources Management Association; the World Federation of People Management Associations; and various charitable organizations. He also chaired the Canadian Mirror Committee for the International Standards Organization on human resource programs. He holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southampton University; a Master's degree in Business from the London Graduate School of Business Studies; the C.Dir (Chartered Director) designation from the Directors College; and the Aspen Institute Certificate in Leadership. He has also completed the Harvard Business School Senior Executive Programs in both Marketing and Manufacturing.
Gavin Tighe, of Toronto, is a practicing lawyer specializing in civil litigation at Gardiner Roberts LLP. His community involvement includes being on the Board of Trustees for Fanconi Canada and being a Bar Admission Course Instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. Tighe is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Advocates Society and he holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University.
Shoba Khetrapal is a former Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Weekenders International. She is also a former Vice-President and Treasurer with Moore Corporation Limited. She has been a member of The Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario since 2008. Ms. Khetrapal is a former Board member of Cancer Care Ontario, Toronto Hydro Corporation, Ontario Casino Corporation, Moore Group Services BVBA-Belgium, Peak Technologies Canada Ltd, Moore Business Forms Pension Trustees U.K. Limited, Moore Holdings Ltd. Australia, Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal and St. Joseph’s Health Centre. She is a past President of the Toronto Society of Business Economists and a former Advisory member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Economic Policy Committee. Ms. Khetrapal holds a Masters of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Delhi, India. She is a certified director of the Institute of Corporate Directors, a member of the Toronto Chartered Financial Analysts Society and a recipient of the Professional Woman of the Year Award by ICCC.

He is a former Chief Operating Officer at Shredit International Inc. and a former President of Cinram International Inc. His community involvement includes serving as a member for Human Resources Research Institute and Chair of the Canada Delegation for the ISO Technical Committee (TC260) on human resource management. Mr. Greenhalgh's professional memberships include the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management. He holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southhampton University and a Master's degree in Business from the London Graduate School of Business Studies. He also completed the Harvard Business School Senior Executive Programs in Marketing and Manufacturing.
Laura Hantho is an experienced business executive and certified director. She has had more than 25 years experience in the information technology sector, is a former IBM executive and has co-founded, built and sold two companies. Laura currently serves on several boards and committees including: the Ivey Advisory Board; the UHN IT Committee; and the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario where she also serves on the Audit Committee. Laura holds an Honours BComm from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Ivey Business School. She holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
