Charles Harnick is currently a Mediator and Arbitrator at Yorkstreet Dispute Resolution Group/ADR Chambers as well as Senior Adjudicative Officer at Ontario Insurance Ombuds Service. He is the founding Partner and Principal at Counsel Public Affairs Inc. Previously, he served as a MPP for Willowdale and is the former Attorney General of Ontario and Minister responsible for Native Issues at Government of Ontario. He has served the boards of several organizations, including: Goldstone Resources Inc., Micromem Technologies Inc., Ontex Resources Ltd. and Ornge. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor.
Carol Hartman is a Lawyer and Partner with Miller Maki LLP. Ms. Hartman is also currently a member of the Women's Law Association of Ontario. Her community involvement has included serving as Chair of the Sudbury Regional Hospital, as a Director of the Family Enrichment Centre and as President of the CKLY 96.7FM (Laurentian University Community Radio Station). Ms. Hartman holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa.

Previous employment includes Managing Principal at Business Performance Solutions Inc. Community involvement includes Vice-chair at York Regional Food Bank and committee member for Institute of Corporate Directors Ontario (York Region). He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, Master of Business Adminstration from University of Pheonix and completed Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age at Harvard University. He is currently a member with Institute of Corporate Directors.
Sean Robichaud is the Founder and Lead Council for Robichaud's Barristers & Solicitors. He is also the Owner and President of King Law Chambers Incorporated. Community Involvement includes former Instructor for Queen’s Advocacy Program at Queen’s Law School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Law School. He is a member of Law Society of Ontario, Criminal Lawyers' Association, Advocates Society and Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
