Ontario Public Service Employees' Union Pension Plan Board of Trustees

DEBORAH LECKMAN

is a Commissioner at Ontario Securities Commission. She is a former Vice President at OMERS and TD Financial Group. Her community involvement includes serving as a board member for CODE Foundation and Family Services Toronto Financial Affairs Committee, and as a Chair for Investment Committee at United Church of Canada (UCC).

BOB PLAMONDON

Bob Plamondon has been an independent consultant for over 30 years, a full and part-time professor at three universities and the author of numerous public policy studies, op-eds, and books about Canada. He has expertise in strategic planning, organizational transformation, performance and risk management, finance, public policy, communications, and Canadian history. He earned a Master of Management Studies and B. Comm. from Carleton University. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and was elected Fellow (FCPA) in 2003. In 2018, he completed the Rotman-ICD Directors Education Program. In 2014, Plamondon was appointed to the board of the National Capital Commission, where he served as chair of the audit committee. In 2017, he was elected interim chair. In 2019, he was appointed to the Board of OPTrust, which holds $22 billion in assets to fund pensions for 100,000 OPSEU members. Plamondon is the Director of the CIO Institute and Comptrollership programs at the University of Ottawa and sits on the board of the Digital Academy of the Canada School of Public Service

RICHARD NESBITT

is an Adjunct Professor of the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He has also recently been a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics, United Kingdom. Richard recently retired as CEO of Global Risk Institute. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce until he retired from that position in September 2014. He joined CIBC in 2008 following his more than 20 years of experience in the securities industry which included CIBC Wood Gundy from 1987 to 1997. From 2004 to 2008 Richard was Chief Executive Officer of the Toronto Stock Exchange group. Richard is a graduate of the London School of Economics MSC 1986, MBA 1985, and HBA Ivey 1978.

DONALD WILKINSON

Don Wilkinson has over 30 years of public accounting experience providing assurance and advisory services to Canada's largest pension funds, institutional investors, telecommunications, and real estate companies. He was a Vice Chair of Deloitte and led their National Asset Management Group in addition to being a member of the Global Financial Services Industry Steering Committee. He was a member of the Deloitte Canadian Board where he chaired the Governance Committee and a representative on the US Board of Directors. Mr. Wilkinson led Deloitte's Corporate Governance Centre with an objective of providing education and guidance to directors on current issues with a theme of "Beyond Compliance". He moderated Deloitte's Directors' Series which is broadcast to cities across Canada.
