MELISSA COLLVER
Melissa is currently employed with the Corporation of Norfolk County as the Director of Heritage & Culture, a position she has held since 2015. Prior to that, she was the Curator of the Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum. Melissa is a lifelong resident of Norfolk County, having been raised in Waterford. Over the years, she has been involved in a number of community cultural organizations and initiatives in various capacities.
LARRY GAERTNER
Larry Gaertner is a lifelong resident of Norfolk County, He graduated from University of Guelph with a diploma in Agriculture. He has been a real estate broker since 1985.
KEITH ROBICHEAU
Keith Robicheau retired in 2019 from a career as a municipal Chief Administrative Officer spanning more than 30 years and 3 provinces. In Ontario, he served as CAO of Norfolf County and North Bay during most of the previous decade. Prior to that, Keith had served Annapolis County and Kentville in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. He started his career as a municipal CAO in 1983 in his hometown of St. Andrews by-the-Sea, New Brunswick. Keith has been a member and served on the board of directors of Ontario Municipal Administrators Association and the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators. He has also worked for the Government of New Brunswick as an internal management consultant in Treasury Board and as a senior policy advisor in Municipal Affairs. Keith has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, majoring in management and accounting.
GEORGE SANTOS
George B. Santos is a Presiding Official with Immigration Refugees Immigration Canadian Citizenship (IRCC) Federal. Court in the Kitchener, Ontario Regional Office. Mr. Santos has now successfully retired as senior labour law, paralegal; Portuguese interpreter, with 31 years of combined service. Mr. George B. Santos had extensive language skills and expertise in labour law with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT), The Pensions Appeal Board of Canada (PAB) and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario (WSIB). He was also President of GBS Paralegal Services Professional Corporation; Commissioner of Oaths and Affidavits serving the Portuguese Community of Haldimand-Norfolk, Hamilton and Kitchener over the last thirty-one (31) years. Mr. George B. Santos is the recipient of numerous levels of awards including: Haldimand-Norfolk Regional Board of Commissioner of Police Certificate of Award, Meritorious Service, Ministry Of Solicitor General Crime Prevention Award, Canada Day Award for Excellence Secretary of State of Canada; Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal of Excellency and Rotary Youth Leadership Award District No. 7090. Mr. Santos, has also just been awarded the Governor General’s Caring Canadian Award, now known as the Sovereign’s Medal for Volunteers in June of 2023; the King Charles III Coronation Medal, in November 2024.
JUSTIN BESTER
Justin Bester, of Brantford, is the owner of Minuteman Press. Justin’s community involvement includes serving as past President of the Rotary Club Brantford Sunrise.
NATHAN RADSMA
Nathan Radsma is a public affairs professional at McMaster University. He previously worked at a boutique public affairs firm, advising several of Canada’s leading companies on strategy and government relations. He has a degree in Business and Political Science from Redeemer University.
