JANICE TIEDJE

Janice Tiedie was the mayor of Killaloe, Hagarty, and Richards for 37 years. Janice sat on all standing committees, and she was a member of Renfrew County council for 34 years. She was warden of the county for two years in 2007 and 2008 and sat on the eastern Ontario warden’s caucus for two years. She was chair of the governance committee for the LHIN, and chair of the public health unit for several years. Janice sat on the Ontario press council for 8 years. She is married and has two grown sons and three grandsons.
