SALLY KRIGSTIN

Sally Krigstin is a professor at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at the University of Toronto. Her research and teaching focus on Wood as a material for energy, chemicals, material and societal benefit. She is an active board member of the Canadian Institute of Forestry, Southern Section and a public councilor on the board of the Ontario Professional Foresters Association.

DAVID GOLDSMITH

David Goldsmith is a former CEO of Ivaco, a Canadian steel company based in Montreal. He is currently a management consultant with expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and governance. He also has experience in electricity systems and participated in the restructuring of the Ontario electricity market. His volunteer work includes board on NFP organizations, amateur radio emergency planning, and hospital planning.

DOUGLAS REYNOLDS

Douglas Reynolds retired at the rank of Superintendent with the Toronto Police Service after 35 years of service. He is a seasoned Adjudicator and has served with the Ontario Parole Board and the Committee of Adjustment for the City of Mississauga. He is also a former member of the board of governors of the Ontario College of Trades. Mr. Reynolds holds 2 graduate degrees: Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Syracuse. Other accomplishments include a diploma from the FBI National Academic, a certificate in Adult Education from Sr. Francis Xavier University, and an Advanced Certificate in Adjudication for Administrative Agencies, Boards & Tribunals from the SOAR Osgoode PD. As a Director, Mr. Reynolds has served on the TPS (Toronto Police Service) Credit Union and the FBINAA (Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academic Associates) Charitable Foundation. He is also the past President of both the TPS Senior Officer’s organization and the FBINAA (Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy Associates-New York State & Eastern Canada Chapter).
