TIMOTHY LANG

Timothy Otto Evatt Lang is President and Chief Executive Officer for YES—Youth Employment Services, and a former Vice-President of Advancement/External Relations at St. Francis Xavier University. Timothy’s community involvement includes serving on the Trudeau Centre for Peace Conflict and Justice Advisory Board at the University of Toronto.

DR. DAVE MAMMOLITI

Dr. Dave Mammoliti is the Director of Executive Programs at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. His role oversees the operations of the Executive Education department, Executive MBA in Digital Transformation, Health Leadership Academy and The Directors College. As a member of the Dean’s Executive Team, Dave is responsible for the strategic direction and operations for a portfolio of programs designed and delivered for managers, organizational leaders, and board directors across Canada. His role focuses on building relationships with strategic partners and identifying new programming opportunities for private, public, and non-profit organizations. Dave has worked at McMaster University for 16 years in various leadership roles within the Faculty of Health Sciences, Engineering and Business. He currently holds an Adjunct Faculty appointment in the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University and a PhD from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Education.

ROB FRANCIS

A 20-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Rob Francis graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) and served in several Canadian warships. He later led the office of Personnel Selection for Canadian Forces Base Halifax. Rob concluded his military career as an Associate Professor of Leadership and Psychology at RMC. Rob completed an MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MBA from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax. He currently serves on the board of the Vimy Foundation. In the private sector, Rob has held executive positions at Medcan, Vice-President of Talent, and later the Chief Operating Officer at ReGen Scientific. Today, Rob focuses on his work as an organizational consultant where he runs FOCI, specializing in sustainability behaviour change and leadership development. Rob is originally from Stellarton, Nova Scotia and now lives in Oakville with his wife, Pam, and three children.
