Timothy Sheppard served 34.5 years with the Ontario Provincial Police retiring as the administrative Sgt at North Bay detachment. In the past 8 years since retirement, he has been involved with the Municipality of East Ferris around Emergency Planning & Management. Hobbies include outdoor activities & spending time with 6 busy grandchildren.
