Health Unit Board - Hastings and Prince Edward Counties

CRAIG ERVINE

Craig Ervine has lived in the Belleville area for over three decades and it has been his community base while attending university.. Dr. Ervine holds a Master of Arts degree from Queen's University, a Master of Laws degree from York University and a Ph.D. in Health Studies and Gerontology from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Ervine is committed to continuing education and believes strongly in giving back to the community which has led to his current volunteer service as a director for the East Central Ontario Training Board, the Canadian Association for Work and Health, the Ethics Practitioners' Association of Canada and past service as director of the Belleville Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, an advisory member for Quinte Health Care and an advisory member for the Nursing and Practical Nursing Program at Loyalist College.

JEFFREY ALLIN

Jeffrey Allin is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. He is a self-employed Physician. His community involvement includes serving as a doctor member of the Mully Children’s Charity.

BARBARA PROCTOR

Barbara Proctor is a retired Registered Nurse with a 40 year career in Acute Care Nursing in hospitals in the GTA and 7 years of homecare nursing in Prince Edward County. She has served as a Municipal Councillor for Prince Edward County, former member of Hastings Prince Edward Emergency Services Board, has served as Chair of PEC Municipal Healthcare Advisory Committee, volunteered on local boards and organizations. Barbara is Past President of the Rotary Club of Picton, a Paul Harris Fellow and current President and Chair of the Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association.
