CAROLE BAXTER

Carole Baxter is a tutoring program and fundraising coordinator for Safetynet Children and Youth Charities, and a former research microbiologist for the University of Toronto. Her community involvement includes formerly serving as a chapter coordinator for Canadian Association for Girls in Science.

FRANK MASSEY

Frank Massey is an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) executive with global experience in Western Europe, North America, and the Middle East. He has built a Risk Management department of 20 from the ground up and has spearheaded regulatory governance programs. Frank has worked for American Express, CIBC, Citigroup and Scotiabank. While leading ERM and compliance initiatives, Frank has liaised with external audit, rating agencies and financial regulators. Frank has spoken at the CPA Ontario Association and the Global Risk Institute in Financial Services on "Artificial Intelligence: Optimizing Business Transformation, Reducing Risk & Scaling Profitability." Frank completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors and blends a computer science background with an MBA in finance to help organizations with innovation, digital transformation and leveraging ERM for profit.

JESSE FINN

Jesse Finn is a Toronto-based management consultant who specializes in building high-performing teams. Jesse has served clients in provincial and national associations, the healthcare, mental health, public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Jesse is a skilled facilitator and communicator which he applies to every engagement to ensure succinct, articulate deliverables that are bought into by your key stakeholders. Jesse holds a BA with Distinction from Wilfried Laurier University’s department of history and has continued his education at the University of Toronto, where he has earned certificates in project management, strategic public relations, and integrated marketing communications. Jesse is also a member of the Canadian Forces College Foundation.
