VINCENT SAMUEL

Vincent Samuel is a former self-employed Real Estate Investor, and a former director clinical services, Halton/Niagara Region for ComCare Health Services. Vincent’s community involvement includes formerly serving as a Chair for Love Thy Neighbour International.

ALLAN FREEDMAN

Allan Freedman graduated from University of Western Ontario Law School. His practice areas have included commercial, corporate, administrative and health law. He has taught, lectured and written in the areas of privacy, consent to treatment, risk management and health care economics to various groups of students and health care practitioners. He was instrumental in assisting in the establishment, on a pro bono basis, on a number of health professional related not-for-profit corporations including, most recently, World Spine Care Canada.

ADRIAN MALCOLM

Adrian was born and raised in Toronto. He holds a BA (Hon.) in History/Law and Society from York University and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall. Adrian has been actively involved in the charitable sector since a young age, volunteering for many local charitable organizations. He is particularly involved with a charity providing food, clothing, and necessities to the homeless community in downtown Toronto. Private practice has allowed Adrian to provide pro bono work and services to various individuals and communities. Adrian enjoys sports, reading, writing, cooking, and walking his beloved dog. He has two wonderful children of which he is immensely proud. Presently Adrian is pursuing his Masters in Philanthropy and Non-Profit Leadership at Carleton University.

PATHIK SHUKLA

Pathik Shukla is a reputed leader in public service, community engagement & health safety. With an MBA by education & decades-long involvement in organizations like Junior Chamber International & Rotary Club, where he served as President, He embodies committed leadership. A Hygiene Specialist & Food Safety expert, he has held key public service roles, including as a member of the Brampton School Traffic Safety Council & Vice Chair for Brampton Appeal Tribunal. Appointed by City Council. His longstanding dedication extends to serving as Secretary of Humans for Harmony since 2019. Pathik’s contributions have earned him distinguished accolades, including the prestigious “Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Award & Pin” for exemplary public service, & “Inspirational Award” from the City of Brampton in 2021 for his impactful work during the pandemic. Recognized for his unwavering commitment, Pathik continues to inspire through his leadership, service & dedication to community.
