Appointee Biographies

JUDITH MURRAY

Judith Murray is a member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario since 2019. She is a former Director Market Access. Her community involvement includes serving as a volunteer line cook for the Out of the Cold Program, and as a former member of the Canadian Association for Healthcare Reimbursement and the Royal Canadian Legion.

DON STRICKLAND

Donald Strickland former Director of Finance for Let’s Talk Science, and a former Manager of Program and Fund Development for Arthritis Society. His community involvement serving as Treasurer/Board Director for St John’s Ambulance.

ANNA MASCIERI-BOUDRIA

Anna Mascieri-Boudria, of Orleans, is a Discipline Adjudicator for the Law Society of Ontario and a Mediator/Adjudicator for the Condominium Authority Tribunal. She is also a former Paralegal for the Department of Justice and a former Discipline Paralegal for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

CHRISTOPHER PANOS

Chris Panos is a former corporate director and sole proprietor and brings a wealth of leadership and operational experience to public service. Currently completing a Paralegal diploma at George Brown College, he is focused on administrative and tribunal law, with a strong interest in the fair application of justice. Known for a commitment to truth, legal clarity, and professional conduct, Chris Panos combines practical business insight with evolving legal expertise to serve the public interest with integrity.
