John Regan is a location support personal for TakeOne Films, and a former financial advisor for Hydro One Inc. John holds an B.A (Honors) from University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from York University.


Ray D’Sa is a Business Consultant in the industrial technology and power generation space with experience in engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. He has worked for a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 and startup companies on product and market development, operational efficiencies as well as contract and channel management. He has lived/worked across 5 continents, bringing a wealth of cross cultural and diverse perspectives to business management. Ray holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University.


Israel Ogbechie is a Chartered Accountant and entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience leading teams and managing people in high performance environments. My professional experience spans auditing, banking, and entrepreneurship and includes over 10 years in the C-Suite. I bring a wealth of knowledge in business leadership, management, and coaching. I own and run several franchise chains, where I lead and manage the operations. I am an active volunteer, volunteering as a mentor for a cross-section of nationals in cross-cultural integration and personal development. I am a member of the board of trustees of Grace Centre a charity organization engaged in social and economic change, personal development and self-actualization.


Douglas Ellis is proud to have been in the Financial Services and Retirement Planning business since 1997. He is currently licensed with Sun Life out of the Clarington Region and in 2018, launched Ironside Financial Solutions Inc., specializing in customized financial planning solutions. In his role, Doug currently holds both a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA) Designations. Doug's most recent public service experience has included a recently completed one-year L.G.I.C. appointment as a public member of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. As a proud and active resident of his community, Doug participates in many ventures while serving as a member of the Clarington Board of Trade, Oshawa Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Governors for Ontario Tech University. Doug currently holds the rank of Corporal as a reservist with the Ontario Regiment (RCAC) - Canadian Armed Forces Armoured Corps out of Oshawa.


Santhikumar Chandrasekharan is an accomplished Food Safety and Quality Management Professional with extensive industry and training experience in Food Processing, Food Safety and Quality Management programs. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a Food Technology background and a post-graduation in Public Administration. He has worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, Compliance Coordinator and Quality Assurance Auditor in various federally inspected Food Processing facilities in Canada. since 2000. He is the Former- International Consultant of UNDP and Faculty -Food Inspection in the Higher Colleges of Technology- Abu Dhabi, UAE, He also worked as a Chemist in the Kerala Agro Industries Corporation, India and functioned as a Lecturer and Department in Charge of the Canning and Food Preservation, in the Institute of Hotel Management - Bhubaneswar, India


Sharanjit Singh Padda, MBA, LL.B., Barrister, Solicitor, & Notary Public. Sharanjit Singh Padda (Shan) is a member in good standing with Law Society of Ontario and has been practicing Law in Ontario for more than fifteen years. He practices Immigration, real estate laws Padda was employed by Regional Municipal Government and multinational and Canadian corporations. He also serves as volunteer on the board of directors for Canadian Federation of Truckers, GTB Foundation a condo corporation in Brampton. In recognition of his outstanding service to the community. Mr. Padda received the Governor General Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of Canada 1993. He was honored with the Queen 50th Golden jubilee medal from the Governor General of Canada.
